High quality blocks could be manufactured with the size of 15cm width, 29cm length and 12cm height.  The block will weigh about 9 kg.  Its production capacity is about 10m² per day

Roof Tile Machine

Roof tiles could be manufactured with the size of 25cm width and 50cm length.  The building covered by roof tiles is colder than that of corrugated iron sheet.  Water from the roof could be used as drinking water and the roof tiles are unaffected by corrosion.  The tiles are suitable for all applications from 25 up to 45 degrees.  1m² of roof tiles will weigh about 25kg.  Compared to a steel roof up to 30% of the total amount could be saved.  The ratio for roof tiles are: 25% cement, 75% of high quality sand.  Its production capacity is about 10m² per day.

Electrical Hollow Block Mould

Quality blocks could be manufactured with the size of 15 or 20 x 40 x 20cm (WxLxH). 12.5 blocks are needed for 1m².  Its production capacity is about 60m² per day.  Electrical supply is needed.
