Our
factory, since its establishment in 1991, is engaged in the production of
various leather garments both for local and international markets. The
garements are always made to properly satisfy our customers' needs.
Secondly,
its leather products have attracted a large number of customers. Lately, the
factory has started producing upholstery for car seats, furniture and other
house hold materials. Added to that the leather industrial gloves produced
by the factory are now being distributed among different industrial plants
in the country.
Equipment:
61 new and modern machinery and equipment for lining and interlining,
cutting and finishing.
Area:
1,735 m2 of land with factory buildings and other spatial area.
Total
investment: 1,400,000 US$
Production
capacity: A minimum of 1,500 jackets/month.

Eth.
Sung Bin Leather Garment Factory (P.L.C) has up to date received several
orders for quality leather garments from individual buyers and importing
companies worldwide.
As
these orders are of diversified nature it has become necessary to put them
into two categories, namely huge and small orders. This type of division, we
hope, will make convenient the terms of payment, delivery and other issues
of purchase.
I.
Huge orders
The
minimum amount for huge orders is 25 pieces, per article, from the indicated
lists. This could be at least 500 kilogram of jackets, acceptable weight for
airfreight.
Huge
purchases should bear the following international commercial norms:
a)
Payment:
The
payment should be confirmed by irrevocable letter of credit in favor of our
factory’s account, Awash International Bank, Africa Andent Branch, and
Account No. 035 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. They payment should be made at site
upon presentation of shipping documents.
b)
Packing
And Shipping:
We wrap 20 pieces of Jackets with cellophane papers, especially made for
export purposes and pack them in a hard cardboard. Shipment could be by air
or ship depending on quantities agreed by the two partners buyers and
sellers.
c)
Delivery:
As
our factory has a capacity of producing 500 pieces of leather jackets per
month, we can deliver that amount or more in two months time, after the
receipt of the letter of credit.
d)
Quality
Control:
Either
International Accredited agencies, the Ethiopian standard Authority or
Inspectors from the Importing Companies could control the quality of our
products, prior to shipment. Sharing the cost of quality control could be
done through the agreement of the two parties.
II.
Small Orders:
Our
factory, the second in the city, has a long experience in supplying leather
jackets that meet the requirements of our clients worldwide, not mentioning
those that are brought to local markets.
All
products are available both to importing companies and individual clients
with an extensive range of modern fashions, colors and finishes. The Leather
Garments made from top grade Cow Hides, Sheep and Goatskins (Suede’s), are
produced in line with the styles of modern fashion Trends of the year.
Thus,
our factory is ready to receive orders for one or more jackets by DHL of
TNT, up to the intended destination. But the buyer should cover freight
/shipping/ cost.
Hence
individual buyers are welcome to purchase these garments on line or give
order by:
1.
Selecting the article numbers and prices of their choice of garments(s)
2.
Sending us the details or their choices (Such as design size, color…)
through our fax or E-mail us address below.
3.
We also accommodate individual design tailoring to suit customer tastes and
send it back to the respective destination, provided he/she transfer the FOB
prices and the courier charges.
